We are always keen to make new friends. FoRR depends on good links with domestic rugby clubs and have received tremendous support over the years from clubs in the UK who have provided much needed equipment and most importantly training expertise on our coaching trips to Rwanda.
Please contact us if you would like to get involved. We would be delighted to visit your club and do a short presentation to your senior or youth teams to provide information on how your club can get involved.
School Teams
If you are looking for a project for your school or school rugby team to get involved in then FoRR provides an ideal opportunity to learn about the past but more importantly get involved in the future of Rwanda.
Our Rugby Development officers have been working in schools since 2007 giving children and the wider community in Rwanda the opportunity to play rugby and to benefit from the rugby ethos of fair play, friendship and fun. They also learn about being a member of a team.
The UN recognises the benefits that sport has for healing communities following social upheaval. FoRR is directly involved in delivering these benefits to Rwandans on a daily basis.
